This super Walmart always has super long lines. To purchase from cosmetics I waited in line for In cosmetics dept. because you can only purchase those items at that counter. Then had to wait in line in electronics to get help to get an item unlocked, then had to waited in line to purchase that item in the electronics dept. because again you Alan only purchase those items at that counter. While at the electronics counter I asked if I could purchase my other 4 items as well, the cashier told me no, so I then waited up front in yet another line for well over 25 minutes because they had 2 out of the 20 checkout lines open with about 7-9 customers in each line. For a total of 6 items I waited in 3 lines and it took me over 2 hours. Its just not worth it to go to Walmart anymore, Id rather pay a little more and go next store to Costco and spend a portion of the time. Its the same story at the jewelry counter, my son wanted to look buy something and we adked for someone to be sent to the counter twice and it took about 10 minutes of waiting.

My girlfriend was injured at this store, a pool of water was left down a register isle that was not blocked off. When she fell and was hurt, the cashiers didnt bother to stop and attend to her. We had to ask for assistance and a manager several times before anyone bothered to assist. When the manager finally arrived she attended to the employees first, advising them to stay clear of the isle and clean it up before anyone could take pictures of the incident. When we were filling out our statement and trying to get employee names that were involved all employees including manager suddenly had somewhere else to be and none of the employees that saw what happened would comment. Walmart store and manager never contacted us or apologized for their unclean and dangerous environment. This store will never get our business again. Shop at your own risk, no employees will lift a finger to help you.

We used to be able to find everything you needed at Walmart, but recently it seems that their supply is running short. We have a hard time finding projects that we have always able to find at Walmart. We also have noticed that the night shift Associates are allowed to play music while they are working stocking the shelves. As consumers we do not feel that it is appropriate, and that it is distracting to the associates. When I need help finding an item I expect it to be a simple task to locate store associate to get the help I need. The night crew seems to be annoyed if they are interrupted well they are stocking the shelves. Also, I do not want to have to listen to certain music and I feel it is causing a lot in good customer service.

The worst Walmart ever! No hand baskets, wheels on carts 60% down to plastic, shelves a mess, solicitors from homeless shelters in Stockton at both doors, and the money center has been down for a week. I have complained about certain issues in the past and do not even receive a call back from management. The bakery and floor managers did not even know they had a bread slicer when I bought a loaf of fresh baked bread and asked them to slice it for me. I can never speak to the store manager (conveniently) they want me to fill out an in store complaint, haha. Store manager needs some training. This store obviously gets no corporate visits.

Totally wrong place for any travelers, the whole town is anti-rig,anti-rv,anti-parking, Im a full-time RVr and been to countless Walmarts this was the most inhospitable of any so far... Ive never seen a store litered with no rv ,no trailer,no tractor parking signs..and if you have a car you still may get towed if your not careful. Five minutes after i pull into the parking lot I got the walmart parking-lot-police-riot-act read to me by a teenager.. whole town is plastered with warnings. My advice blow through this whole town of Tracy,CA....shame i never had a chance to go inside and actually shop.

About 6 wks ago, I stopped here on my travels. Wn I came out of the store, Mr. Big shot security had my rv lit up. When I asked the problem, he told me no rv parking. So I told him Im traveling n needed a few things. Told me emphatically, I cant park in the parking lot. When I said guess I dont shop at Walmart anymore, his smart ass reply was, its your choice! No its not, its this sorry stores choice n this smart ass power tripping young black security jerk. So today, on my travel towards home Im stopping again here. I just called for the 411, so well see. Stay tuned.

It seems like this Walmart has a lot of foreign people working their costumer service jobs wich is fine but sometimes makes it hard to explain any help u might need. The workers are very rude and lazy. I brought my watch in to get the battery changes and the lady said that she could not do it cuZ the inside was to complicated and Walmart does not do my brand of watch but they sell them. This Walmart by far is the worse one Ive been too. I hope that someone with the power to fix this problem will read this and fix it.

We ordered a special order piece of furniture - which someone in the back warehouse stole, so we ordered another one. Same thing. The parking lot is full of weirdoes selling stuff out of trunks. There are people begging for money or to sign a stupid petition outside the entrance and it always seems to be under construction. No thanks. I realize Walmart attracts low lifes, which is why we all voted against it going to a super-store, but this is nuts. The one in Livermore is nothing like this.

Id say the place is pretty nifty but then again go usually go around 12-3 a.m. so there isnt anyone there and its only self checkout. Heck I usually stop by every time I go by to the point where I might as well be a darn employee! The employees are cool and nice if your kind to them of course, I mean why be mean to someone whos working at 2 in the morning because they dont have stamps or some such thing? Why would you need that specific of an item so badly anyhow so late at night?

Honestly, there are so many people shopping during peak hours, it makes the whole experience bad. Unfortunately, I went during the day and it was awful. The CSM and store clerk who assisted me in the electronics department were awesome, great service. But the customers and remaining staff walking the floor like retail zombies sucked. It took me 5 minutes to get the three items I needed, and 45 minutes of standing in line before I was able to leave the store.

I know I know its Walmart, and the people who shop there are mostly lowlifes and morons. But I guess that makes me one too! I ordered a 4k 43 inch TV no name (Sceptre) for $229 + tax and warranty, I added the 4 year warranty which covers everything short of tossing it out the window on purpose, under $300 out the door. I am happy with the TV. Happy with the service, 2nd time I have ordered free ship-to-store on the website, and I am in and out quickly.
