Far, Far, Superior. My PC died on a Sunday night while rendering some AfterEffects video (translate: working very hard!!). 9:30am Monday, I carried the PC into Starbase Net and told them I suspected that the power supply had died. They confirmed that and before I could walk out the door, they had the power supply out. Less than half a day later, they called to say it was ready, and at a very reasonable rush price. They also cleaned up that fearful rats nest of power supply wiring I had caused by doing a little of my own work on my PC. Superior service, a great attitude, and you can tell they really care. This was my first visit, but they have my business permanently for the smallest issue. USE THESE GUYS - they are great.

Henry and Daniel at Starbase are the guys you want working on your computer. Recently, I inadvertently failed to back up my tax data (for 2 years). Naturally, my hard drive crashed. I did everything I could do retrieve the data, including removing the hard drive and hooking it up to a working computer...no dice. As a last resort, I took it to Starbase. They recovered my files and saved the day and they did not charge me an arm and leg.
