This place has the worst customer service I have ever expierenced. I was browsing around the store because I was not sure about what to get when one of the workers comes up to me in a nasty demenor and demands I tell him what I want. I explained that I was browsing, not very sure about their selection. Unfortunately, the worker did not like my answer and proceeded to stare me down. When I asked him what was wrong, he demanded I make a selection. Feeling he had been vey rude, I promptly left. I feel that if I am shopping, I should be able to go at my own speed without being harrassed. I found such a concept was unpalpable to these gentlemen. If you are going to shop here, you had better know what you want to buy beforehand.

This is a good spot for craft beer, tends to get some limited releases. Prices can be somewhat on the higher side but not always, as you may be able to find the same item elsewhere cheaper. But they do have a great selection and they try to keep everything very well stocked. Parking can be an issue however as it is street-side and the street often fills up fast. Daytime staff is very helpful and polite.

This place is great - Phillip and Andrew are very helpful, friendly and dont give you beer store attitude when you ask about beers that are popular and hard to find. Couldnt recommend this place more! Great selection, always clean, 5 stars!
