Our heart Tim and his staff, Danny and Vanessa. Without your AWESOME, patient and knowledgeable service, our house cannot finish within 3 months. The HD supply is not only great for contractors, but also house owners like us with their awesome service. We start extending/remodeling our house 2 and 1/2 months ago and meet Tim in HD supply. We have a few ideas but not much for what materials. Lucky us, Tims customer service is amazing. He proved himself to be very Knowledgeable leader to answer all of our questions for house remodeling. He is amazing patient too. Every time when we stopped at HD, he is always willing to go extra mile to help you find something you need. Even he is unavailable, he is still reachable and direct you to someone in his staff who will help you. If we order wrong materials, he has no problem to exchange or full refund to us. He gives you a realistic view of what you need and dont need, then tells you that prices in HD is very very competitive and will match price on other retailers. Thank you the dynamite team, Tim, Danny, and Vanessa, for your AWESOME, patient and knowledgeable service. Without you, our house cannot finish within 3 months which save us lots of money with your super fast delivery arrangement. Most of the folks at HD Supply are good to work with but I found John, their manager very hard to work with. IMO, he is not very customer-friendly. I have come across him twice and both experiences have been bad. The second one today takes the cake. I had placed an order for an entry door ten days back and paid for it. I was told it was expected by 12/3/14 (today) but there was a potential delay due to a strike at the suppliers. I was also assured we will be called when the door was ready. I didnt get a call and so I called today. John told me there were two doors in stock. I was wondering why they didnt call us but wanted to stay focused on the immediate need. I requested him to keep one aside but he said he cannot. I reminded him it was paid for already. I was flabbergasted by his response: "It is only a deposit. It will not be cashed in until the door gets picked up." The implication is, they cannot keep the door aside. This sounds extremely ridiculous to me. I had to rush to pick it up while fervently hoping someone else didnt pick it up in the mean time. This after paying in full, ten days in advance AND after being assured one will be set aside and we will be called!! How is this for customer-friendliness!! I told him he was doing all he can to drive away customers. At least I for one would never shop there as long as John is the person in charge.

this place is great for contractors and the diyer who knows what they want. not a place to get your hand held the first time though, if you want that go to home depot or osh. this place is strictly for a great instock selection at amazing prices. but like the previous reviewer said not a place for a diy that doesnt know what they want. they have things in stock that you have to special order anywhere else and at prices that blow everywhere else away

This place is suck now due to management has been changed. I shopped a lot there when TIM was in charge back 4 to 5 years ago and now completely disaster to shop specially when you deal with John. I believe he had no background of customer service and his atitude is really really bad... another word he does not care customers.

I love coming here, its never busy and always seems like im the only one here. Lots of good prices on most items. well laid out, feels bigger than homedepot and lowes. you wont find as many tools here but for building supplies this is the place to be!

I wish they were closer to me, I would go there every day. Always well stocked, good prices and not a bunch of clueless dip DIY like Eye running around in my way. This place is for the professional.
