Well, I called Sears last week for this appointment to get my fridge fixed and the repair person never came out. I called to find out what happened and SUPPOSEDLY the guy had come out and he said no one was home! Well he lied because I was right there in the rec room waiting for him. He never called my phone or anything. So now I have this fridge that has been out for quite some time as I sit here wondering what the heck is going on with the appliance repair community! This is the third different appliance repair place that Ive tried to get to fix my fridge. Its been dead for a month now while I sort through a bunch of untrained bozos.

I called to get my washer fixed the service technician came to my house gave me an estimate to change a small part on my washer of $500, went somewhere else and I got it all done for like 150. worst experience ever. technician didnt know what the hell he was doing, customer service didnt even speak English

Worst Service. They do NOT answer their phones. Store staff do NOT know about parts ad equipment. All they can do is look through a catalogue which I already had done. Makes you not want to buy craftsman stuff anymore. I would buy John Deer ......... Good job Sears.

My husband came in looking for a specific part for our dryer. Based on his description and her experience she recommended another part as well and if we hadnt bought that part we would have not known it was needed and probably had to buy a new dryer.
