Firstly, this is not a brick and mortar print shop at all - he does business from an executive suite set-up - apparently out of the lunchroom based on our 2-minute meeting. I feel the pictures of a brick and mortar are a bit misleading. There is a saying, "Its even more important what you say no to" - this gent needs to consider just being straight up rather than relishing being a DB to someone he finds annoying ("Just. Say. No."!). I was that annoying someone to him apparently, today. Around 1 yesterday afternoon I called in a slightly annoyed mood because Google Maps sent me someplace other than where I was going. Not a good start. So he says hes "by appointment" and I reply, "Ya know, nevermind, sounds like a major hassle." He states, "Tell me more about what you need" and I tell him, "I have original artwork I need scanned and reproduced / printed on quality paper." He says, "Oh yeah, no problem. Ill be in the office at 3 today." Stupidly, I agree to meet him (I should have said no). I show up to the executive suites 5 minutes early. The receptionist says, "He only meets by appointment and doesnt do on-site copy jobs." I had to convince her I had a 3 p.m. appointment. Hes 5 minutes late and walks in wearing Bermuda shorts, a very vintage Hawaiian shirt and sneaks. I get a lack-luster handshake and he takes me to the lunch room. I show him my art and he says, "No, I thought you meant you needed copies. I cant do that - you didnt really tell me what you needed. Fastsigns can help you" Theoretically, (giving the benefit of the doubt-not sure why), he only heard "reproduce/print." The impression is of a retiree renting an executive suite so he can be a business - I know this is probably misplaced, but Im unwilling to dig any deeper than the experience I had. I would assume hes a repro broker. My advice: just go to the FedEx business center or Staples, etc. . Normally, I try not to be a DB to the DBs of the world, but this guy just tipped me over the edge today. Yes, it was my fault for choosing to "meet" with him, to be sure. His presentation and dismissive approach was also not helpful. 22 years in business says hes at the back end and ready to plant himself on a chaise lounge somewhere (based on his apparel hes more than 1/2 way there) - it is calling his name and he should honor its call. It is okay to be Done with working. We all want to be somewhere other than work.

I was looking for a copy place that could handle a rather difficult Copy job. It entailed not only copying a large volume of text but also required variable data fulfillment. My requirements were as such: each one of my clients needed to receive a customized postcard with data drawn upon a professional database containing the usual, name, address, csz and in addition various info regarding the type of vehicle this particular customer was driving. I expected that this task would take several weeks, much to my surprise, the job was completed within 4 days and was completed perfectly without any incident. I would highly recommend Harvard to anyone who needs courteous customer service, knowledgeable in all facets of duplication, fulfillment and printing. I have been back several times already and was never disappointed.

We utilized Marcs services at Harvard Copy for a very large binder project for a clinical study in the UK. We had a quick turnaround time and his team had to make over 100 binders, with special tabs, documents, dividers, etc. It was a massive endeavor. The other company we looked at were unable to build the complete project for us since it required special specs (A4 paper and 4 hole punch). Marc had no problem acquiring all the supplies we needed for this job. He met our deadline and added in some extras along the way (driving to us multiple times and dealing with last minute changes on our end). It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his team and we plan to utilize them in the future. Thank you!

I love Harvard Printing because the staff always is willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The staff from Harvard always greets me with a warm smile. Ive always been able to count on them even if they have to stay after hours. For instance, I recall going to the owner shortly before closing and needed to place an order that usually takes a couple of days, but explaining that I was under a lot of stress and needed this job ASAP the owner said no problem and was able to get it to me that very night! I am a repeat customer.

I called Harvard Print and Copy with a rush print job, 10 minutes before closing and in a serious jam. Marc, the owner, was beyond courteous and accommodating. He took the job and stayed until 9:40p and even offered to deliver it to where we needed it to be that night! Talk about a company that goes above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend this business and would give them a 10 star rating if that was an option.

I needed a bunch of tri-fold, two-sided, full color flyers in a hurry. I emailed the specs and pdf file to Harvard. They produced them quickly and correctly. Not very expensive either.
