While standing at the counter with my orginal power tip in hand and the owner directly in front of me I asked if I could verify the size of the tip prior to purchase . That would be "very" difficult he says . But its not even a sealed package I state. You try you buy he say . Can I have your True Value buisness card ? Dont have he say . Is your information on the reciept . No he say . If you have no choice or transportion and Brownies is closed then take a chance and be prepared to be followed around and peeked at by little people as you gander at his trinkets and remember, No open, No refund , No exchange and Mr Wing or whatever your name is no successfull buisness for you.

I called asking for help in finding something to prevent my dog from opening my door. The man that answered the phone replied "I dont understand you, if you need something come into the shop" and hung up. Well thank you, now I know not to waste my time. Your lack of customer service and respect is why Id rather waste my time writing this review than visiting your shop.
