I had a fantastic experience at Urban Glass! Typically, I am very uncomfortable in smoke shops because I dont feel welcome or I feel like Im wasting the employees time because I am not an expert. I had the exact opposite experience here. James was immediately welcoming, and we had a great conversation. I explained what I wanted, and he showed some pieces at prices I didnt think I could get them for. Other reviews talked about the great prices, and they are 100% true. The shop was small, but had a lot of merchandise for the size. It felt very high end and clean, unlike other shops, and had a great vibe, with cool framed pictures everywhere and shelves made of sick metal pipes and fancy wood. About half of the pieces are locally blown, which is important to me because I like to support local art. I will definitely shop here again!

Walking in this place is always a warm welcome. The owner put pride and joy into their shop and it shows within their product as well. I personally have bought a few unique peices from Urban Glass and I couldnt be more happy with my purchases. What I think makes this shop stand out from the rest is not only that their peices are from local artist and giving back to the art community but the shopping experience is one of a kind! You know you are in great hands when you are in Urban Glass. Thank you for the amazing glass adventure. :)

An absolute breath of fresh air! Typically you walk into a smoke shop and if you have seen one you have seen them all. Urban Glass is an absolute different vibe entirely. From the moment you walk into the door the vibes are nothing but positive. So cool to see a shop supporting local artists and bringing in some incredibly artistic pieces. Hands down the best shop in San Diego.

You get a 20% discount if youre renewing your med card next door. The pipes are all beautiful but what sold me was the awesome staff working at the time. They were knowledgeable about local glass artists and smoking pipes. Really great guys. If you need a new piece that is meant to last and look good, come here

Stopped in for a new piece for for 420. The shop is lovely, with fantastic humorous touches. The owner was so helpful, and knowledgeable. I did not feel at all out of place asking her many questions. They are very focused on local artists, and all the pieces were gorgeous and high quality.
