Initially the staff was friendly. I was surprised that they charged me almost $400.00 for my visit....despite the fact that I have Medi-Medi. I had to pay in installments, since it was so expensive. I paid the 2 out of 3 installments. Then I received a letter that if I didnt pay within the date they chose, that it would be straight to collections! Fran eagerly sent it. It was so quick to receive the collections notice! (Fran is the very nasty office manager) Prior to the letter, Fran was so unprofessional and rude....no class! She yelled at me, hung up the phone on me several times, she was rude, condescending , out of line, mean, spiteful, and took everything personally....and reacted to everything she didnt like. FRAN is the reason this office is a mess and has a nasty attitude! I never have experienced such behavior from an office manager. My father is a doctor.....so naturally all of our friends were doctors. I have been to their offices and found pleasant and warm office managers and staff. Invision is the worst. Needless to say, I wont be going back. I had my blood pressure elevated enough times by FRAN! I would have been a loyal patient, had FRAN acting like a human being....not a monster. So several times of yelling , hanging up the phone on me, and the turning it into collections......not what I want....and they are a rip off.....go somewhere else. You dont need any headache. There is more but I dont want to write any more. Thank you for reading this accurate view of a total b@@@@ Oh....by the way, they charged me $75.00 for my contact lenses. I called another Drs office...and they were only $50!!! Rip off.

I’ve been going here for a number of years. Dr. Kling has always been a top drawer professional with an efficient staff and great service. Good turnaround for new glasses. I don’t do contacts, wear jewelry or watches, but I do spend time and effort picking out frames. I always find what I want here. Nice selection in a variety of styles. I like their RayBan, Salt and Izod selections but there are also some pretty sweet European designs too from Denmark and Germany. What’s also nice is that they can order you additional sample frames to try if you dont see exactly what you want.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kling for the better part of 8 years now. He listens carefully to my questions and takes great care in explaining the optimum prescription grind for my eye wear needs. Everything from casual wear progressives to custom fixed grinds for computer and close in detail work. We are also experiencing some inner eye issues related to the normal aging process. Dr. Kling did a nice job of helping us understand the entire process and put our fears at ease. It is nice to have a Doctor who genuinely cares.

The staff is nice. I have seen both the male and female Drs. Both and the assistants are very nice, and thorough. My only complaint is that even with my VSP coverage the prices are a bit higher than at my past eye doctors. I guess I mostly pay the price because I feel they check my eyes out without rushing, it is pretty easy to get an appointment without waiting weeks, and it is close to home. The selection of frames could be a little bigger, and perhaps a few more budget friendly, quality selections.

I just received a phone call from the office manager in this office regarding a bill a few months ago. I have never been talked to so rudely in my entire life. She pronounced my last name as "whatever that is". I know my last name is long, but really? Was this a prank? Been to this office twice. The doctors were okay.They have the good technology, but in some ways you do feel rushed. There will be no way i will ever step foot in this office again and wouldnt recommend other. Unacceptable as i told her.

Our family has been a patient of Dr. Klings since 2007. Hes so good with my kids, and my husband, all of them not the best patients. To me, the best kind of doctor is one who knows their trade inside and out, AND has a good besdside manner...This is Dr. Kling. The office staff is always nice and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

My husband and I both need glasses and eye exams. Very happy with the friendly service. I received my glasses very quickly and my husband even got contacts that hes said never felt better (and hes been through a lot). they are very knowledgeable and very helpful to make sure our insurance worked. I highly recommend.

Excellent eye care and very friendly staff and doctors. I saw Dr. Kling who was excellent. He listened to my concerns and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend this office and will be returning for my annual eye exam again next year.

Annie the receptionist is totally unhelpful, makes you feel stupid for asking a question, and cannot wait to get off the phone. Glad I didnt have to set foot in this place and waste my time and money on a rude unwelcoming business.

What a truly amazing group of people. I broke my glasses while in San Diego for a vacation and they all were so kind and friendly. They worked hard to get them fixed up so that I could enjoy my vacation.

The Dr. is great but the staff is not very friendly. One in particular. She seems like she does not like her job. I would recommend you find another place around the neighborhood ;)
