I came here for quite a while but after having to go out of state this place gave the other store a hassle. We needed a copy of my contacts prescription so I could order some more and they took 1.5 hours to fax it to the other Walmart Vision center. I had to call back 3 times to see if they had received it. Every time it was like they would just transfer me to someone else. Definitely not happy anymore

I have never rated any venue before, however, the service and customer service is so horrendous I feel compelled to review them. I dropped my glasses off for repair 3 weeks ago and was told it would be one week to ten days to get them back. Every time I call I am told they will be in that day. This is a terrible way to treat a valued customer. I still wait for a truthful response or my glasses.

The store manager, Hoshi, was attentive to my needs as soon as I arrived. No pressure, lots of patience with many choices. Took real personal care to process my order and gave considerate attention to details. Arranged shipping to a different location, which in my opinion, went beyond the regular service. I am very happy with my new glasses & the whole experience of purchasing them.
