The employees here are rude and unprofessional. As I was making my way to the register, at 11pm exactly, Fely, one of the employees started shouting at me from across the store, that I needed to leave because they are closed, she then got right in my face and told me that I had to leave and that the register was closing and I wont be able to purchase anything anymore. Im sorry for not flying across the store right at 11pm. If people are so unhappy with their jobs they shouldnt take it out on the customer. This is the worst experience I ever had at any store. Its not our fault Fely gets off from work at 11pm, but customers shouldnt be kicked out like that. Never shopping here again!

ROSS is always a place to go either with lot of time to scroll through everything and see if I like something, or the place if you know exactly what you want and go to check if they have. Always a good deal for pillow cases, some home decor and eventually clothes as well. The location is San Carlos is usually not busy. Have been there a couple times and line was always very short. Like 1 or 2 ppl waiting.

This is a very large Ross but it just seems so empty. I dont know if its because a lot of people come here very often and they snag all the good deals but it just looks like its not restocked very often and the shelves have barely anything in them.

really big store, really too big for big for me, but at least wide enough to see the open spaces and did not have to wait a long time in line like the San Mateo store at 4:00pm like I usually do.
