As soon as I walked in I wasnt greeted but was asked to leave my "backpack" at their desk (my "backpack" is a small sized Kate Spade bag). I told the security guard my "backpack" is a purse, "super security cuz" says "its a purse?"& turns around. Instantly I felt like I was being treated like a criminal & I hadnt even made my way down the first isle. I took my business to the discount mall where I spent $85 on hair care products (no weaves lol) didnt get the flat iron , which was my main reason for going but its okay Ill never shop there ever again!!

Very nice people. Were very helpful. Went in to buy my very first wig and they told me everything I needed to know to make a well informed decision. I could even try on a couple different kinds to see which I liked. They recommended great ones for first time wig owners. Even taught me about the different wig caps and gave me the one that was easiest for me to use. Love this place will definitely come back again. They were so helpful I bought 2! Will definitely be buying more from here.

Excellent Customer Service, very Friendly and helpful! This really made a big difference to me! I like the selection of products and braiding hair. Weaving hair is excessive when it comes to price. Also, be very careful the employees steal. They tried to steal my boyfriends phone. I honestly will never go again because of this, but someone wanted to know the number and I thought to leave a response. TGI HAIR has a much larger selection, less raggedy employees

I walked in I was in the store 3 minutes before they even noticed I was there. They have good products for god prices and good selection on braiding hair. Wish they had s lil bit more variety for childrens hair as far as products and accessories since I have to girls, but I will continue to shop there

I was looking for a chignon bun to put my childs hair up for a show. They only have black, or darker color hair. My child has light brown hair. The clerk did not even offer to order one in the right color for me. She just said that my daughters hair is hard to match. Not very helpful.
