They have good sale prices and items. Its a clean, well-organized store and I can almost always find what I came for. If you shop here fairly often, the club card is worth it. However, they seem to have high employee turnover or something. When I stop by every two months or so, its like a completely different set of people working there each time, so the experience is inconsistent. One set of employees will be awesome, then a few months later its completely off-putting.

I realized the jojoba oil Id bought had already been opened so I tried returning it. The store manager said "Im not accusing you of lying but we dont sell anything in this condition"... Half empty? Id hope so, but then Id also hoped youd be understanding after selling me a half-used jar of oil and not accuse me of lying. Then she tried to usher me out the door and followed me around when I said I needed to buy developer. But hey, its Point Loma so what should I expect?

It gets very busy, but that doesnt explain how bad and rube some of their employees are NOT ALL I might say.It almost felt like I was getting stared down, but the store it self has many product you wouldnt be able to find in their Melville location.

Helpful and nice employee on duty. I found the color protect shampoo I needed and it was on such a great sale that I got the large bottle for the price I pay for a small tube elsewhere.
