The customer service is TERRIBLE. I was asked numerous times if i needed help and i was followed down every aisle and to top it off one of the employees grabbed all of the hair toners n took them up front after i asked her which toner is better for silver hair....UNBELIEVABLE.im a sallys member and ive never stolen in my life...they made me feel as though i was a CRIMINAL...i left . Feeling very hurt and upset.I DONT LOOK LIKE A CRIMINAL BUT SALLYS EMPLOYEES MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.They are all hispanic and very very rude.I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The girls here are so nice! Theyre very helpful! They make sure you have everything you need and answer all your concerns. The manager is extremely nice and knowledgeable, Ive never had an issue at this store. Every time I want to change my hair color she always offers the best advice! The store is always tidy and organized, I feel so comfortable shopping here compared to other Sallys.

Ive had a bad experience with this particular sallys the lady kept asking me if i needed help finding something ans followed me around the store up every isle like thats more harassment then anything it makes it really uncomfortable to pick out the right shade of lip stick with someone staring at you the whole time

The manager here is a snobby, stuck up, rude human being! She has no care for the costumers at her store! I suggest no one goes here unless you want to be mistreated or if you care to deal with their snobby attitudes!

Manager is nice, when she is there. Associates are rude and seem to get bothered when asking for assistance but if you dont then they follow you asking if you need help
