When I went into the store I was not greeted. I was in the store over one hour. I end up buying shoes for my son. I should have just walked out. The store was hot. Only one registar working. One lady working with 9 guys. While looking at children shoes I waited very long for help. When I went to look for me shoes I was not helped at all. After standing in line one hour I sat to rest. A male jumped the line everyone saw it and laughed. They helped the male knowing I was resting because my child fell asleep. The bench was right by the line. I had no energy to fight. I will never enter this store again. This was Wednesday Feb 3 aprox 5pm. Check the camras.

So I have a birthday party to go to and wanted to buy shoes and last night I checked the time it said 10 am will be open. Im here now and nobody is even here its locked up its 10:27 if you dont open at 10 change the time !!!

No one answers the store phone .. Ive called 3 times stayed on the phone while it rang for 3 minutes. Poor customer service, whats the point of having a phone and none of the employees answer the customers calls.
