Very poor experience with this organization. I am a disabled veteran that made the mistake of choosing this place for orthopedic insoles. When I received the vendor list from the VA I walked in and was promptly measured by an employee named Lisa. Lisa even suggested that the VA purchase shoes for me as well as orthodic insoles. I shared with her that I have several pairs of shoes but, she insisted that we try on shoes because she would try to get the VA to buy shoes for me. Within a week or so she called and asked to set up an appointment. I told her that I didnt want to make an appointment because my preference is to walk in just like before. She was very curt and said ok bye. I drove to the store and requested my paperwork so that I could go to another VA vendor. Lisa prepared the paperwork and handed it to me. I walked to my car and started reading the paperwork only to discover that Lisa had given me another veterans personally identifiable information. Lisa came out and requested that I give her the information that belonged to the other veteran. I told Lisa that I would if she brought me the information that belonged to me. She refused and moments later the male person that was working with Lisa appeared at my car window and in a deep voice "were going to need that paperwork back". I asked him to step away from my car and he told me that I could kiss his ass. I called the VA and reported this experience and requested that my consult be sent to Hanger. I will tell every veteran that I know not to patronize Shoes that Fit. Not 1 customer visited the during the entire ordeal. I destroyed the other veterans paperwork just as I told the purchasing agent at the VA I would.

Saved my feet! Doug helped me get my custom 3/4 length orthotic inserts and I purchased the sneaker he recommended, even though it was super expensive. He sized my foot correctly and I found out all these years Ive been wearing shoes that are too small. Im so glad I trusted him! With my new inserts and shoes, my plantar fasciitis finally healed. He adjusted my shoe type as my feet heeled and the new shoes are great. I am very pleased with the service and care Doug has provided. They take great care of your feet. Im finally pain free, have comfortable heels, sneakers, sandals and work boots, thanks to this store and their knowledgeable employees. I cant recommend them enough!

This store is way overpriced. I bought a brace that was marked up over $20.00 over the manufacturers list price. Will not make a purchase there in the future.

Good place to get orthotics re padded asap. They can add extra padding if needed.Lisa and Doug are very helpful and know what they are doing.

Ive gotten two pairs of custom inserts for my shoes. The arch in my foot is feeling good and the strain on my knee is gone.
