My wife and i visited the Gilroy Outlets at the end of May 2014 to find new running shoes. After stopping at the Adidas and Nike outlets, we visited the New Balance store to see what they had in stock. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by friendly, but not overly aggressive, employees who asked if we needed help finding anything. The three employees on the floor, Joe, Monique, and Kat, went right to work looking for shoes in my size (14 wide). We were very impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff and loved the prices and selection. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning to this store.

This store is great !! They have a lot of styles and hard to find sizes, great prices and very friendly and helpful employees, which is a plus ! I was lucky enough to come into contact with one, named Antonette or Kim as she prefers, such a friendly and helpful store associate, couldnt ask for more.

Web site claims hours 8am to 9pm I arrived at 9am store was not open yet I drove from salinas and had to wait till 10am for store to open?
