The worst pharmacy service so far. They have the worst communication problems meaning they send the machine to call the house and when you get there only half are ready and advice you to come again if not the next day. Their computer system as far as the info on doctors is horrible. I speak as a caregiver for my grandmother. I have ignored these little issues because I can put myself on their shoes but a handful too many times is too much is not worth my time. I only enjoyed costumer service from a gal named Maria she's thin and has long Burnett hair who was the only one that made sense and always gave me answers... I hope to get better service from else where.

I called and asked if i made it before 10 if theyd still help me at the pharmacy. They said yes and when i showed up a few minutes before 10 they refused to help me even though i really needed my prescription. If they claim to be open til 10, they shouldnt close their registesters until "10". Pharmacist cares more about going home early than helping people in need. She should have atleast told me no over the phone so i didnt have to waste my time and gas.

Come here to get our different prescription almost every week. The asian girl at the pharmacy doesnt attend me who is first in the waiting line, not the second white guy behind me, nor the latino guy behind him. Calls for the asian lady 4th in line behind all of us and says let me help her out first. Very racist!!! First come first get served. No special privileges because I dont have yellow skin. I really didnt like that. Horrible!!

I went to have a prescription filled and when I told the idiot (older Mexican woman) at the counter I had a coupon on my phone for it, she made a face, like she was doing me a favor. made me very angry, but I needed it or I would have told her to shove it! hopefully Ill never have to back. Walgreens rules!

Bad customer service is everywhere these days, some young Asian girls in this store are rude, careless, not trained... Emily is the most famous one among them, I even heard she is the assistant store supervisor now, no wonder their poor customer service.

In the prescription area my mom was the first one over there and they didnt have her medication ready they had to make it and it took over and hour. She is pregnant to. Terrible service and stupid / lousy workers.
