I was going to this shell/7 eleven for years when i lived closer to it and it was by far my favorite. The staff was awesome and nice, clean, etc. Now there is new owners things are relatively the same except a brand new staff. I will never be back just to show my unsatisfaction with how rude and sassy the lady (dont want to give names) was who was a "manager in training". When I voiced i wasnt happy with her attitude and entitlement she made it clear it didnt matter because her family now owns it (which i guess means she can do what she wants). Im not one to quickly hop on and review after a negative experience but this woman was ridiculously aggressive and rude to me, a PAYING customer.

MOLDY CHEESECAKE.. didnt see mold until it was flipped over AND I ALMOST ATE IT. I called and told them about it. Some punk said they have no way to verify I bought the cake from them. And thats me being in there less than 10 minutes from getting the food AND SEEING MOLD. We explained who the cashier was and everything. Now Im gonna get the manager to verify I was there since there. I have my card statement. No need to for such extreme validations when you sold me moldy cheesecake.
