Five Stars for Roger at this Famous Footwear. Im not sure if he is the manager here but I hope he goes a long way. His kindness & patience was very professional. A young employee made a mistake with an online order & after 3 weeks of waiting for my shoes; I came back to this location to ask about my purchase. I think it turned out she never actually ordered them so I was waiting for nothing. She ordered them in the wrong size too, but ! Roger was awesome. 10/10, A+, 100%. He deserves a round of applause. These Five Stars are for him. My Famous Footwear experience definetly could have gone differently but I was so happy to have Roger turn my day around. A big thank you and I love my new shoes!

I couldnt find a good match for either of the 2 types of shoes I wanted. I had a $10 off a $50 purchase coupon but didnt end up using it because I felt all the shoes were over priced anyway so the discount wouldnt have been as good as going somewhere else.

Pretty good selection of shoes. Can usually find them cheaper on amazon. But they offer buy one get one 1/2 off a few times a year. They also ship to you if they dont have your size.
