Dont believe their website. Its the old bait & switch. They had a corsage on the website for $12.95 (Sun Swept Corsage )but when we showed at the store they said it did not exist and charged us $19.99 for a corsage that had less roses and arrangement around it. When we got home we checked the website to make sure what we saw, and we were correct. When we called back they refused to honor the price & corsage from their website and said that "Teleflora" had put that on their site and refused to honor the offer. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy flowers or at least dont believe anything on the website because they do not have the decency to honor their own website offers.

I have not had the same experience as described by the others here. Each time I go I am extremely disappointed with the poor (almost rude) customer service. Each time I leave I say I wont go back. Months even years pass and I try again, having the same disappointing experience. In case you are wondering...the reason I keep trying again is because it is sooo close to my home.

Each year hubby goes to his favorite flower shop and select the prettiest roses for me on our anniversary. Archibald Flower do excellent work. There flowers are always fresh and beautiful. They select the best stems, greenery and baby breath to my bouquet stand out.
