Been wearing New Balance shoes for a couple of years now. Most comfortable shoes I have worn in years. Found the Pasadena New Balance store on line. This is an outstanding store with most if not all of the New Balance line. Was helped by Renne who was great. He helped me find a new set of walking shoes. He used a custom device to measure my size and pressure spots. Found out I had been buying shoes a half size smaller than I needed. The shoes Renne suggested fit and look great. I would highly suggest going the extra distance to visit Renne and this store.. 5 Stars Plus!

Walked in, was greeted. Then was left to browse the merchandise. When I had already been examining some shoes, someone walked over right when I needed them and asked to assist me. He measured my foot, brought out different sizes just in case, answered all my questions and wasnt pushy about it. Quick ring up, browsed the clearance section with the guys help, alas what I wanted was not in my size. Said thanks and continued my day.

Awesome service. Came in 40 minutes before closing and stayed til a bit past closing time but at no point did they make me feel like I was wasting their time nor did they try to rush me. Kenny helped me find the right shoe and fit. He was also very knowledgeable regarding different foot types and the proper shoe for me. Excellent customer service.

To tell you the truth shoes here are good but not the best - or at least among the best. The place is not something special as well. However service is. I was glad to find how patient, polite and considerate people here are. There is a story behind my headnote but as it is personal for a someone, I would not retell it.

Their technologies for finding the best shoe, arches or not, wide or narrow, etc. are just great. Little time is spent to determine the best fit, and then the selections for style and color begins. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Good all around service, and a 14 day trial period to be completely satisfied.

Purchased shoes for $130, salesmen insisted on larger size than normal, comfortable at first, soon developed a squeak which turned into a loud quack at every step, will donate them to the thrift store, will never go back to this store or get NB again.
