Poor, bad, awful. My iMac started having issues after losing power. They replaced the hard-drive without incident but didnt mention anything else. The fan control started going crazy, running at 100% and when calling them they told me its because they didnt have sensors to put in with the drive the Apple uses. They didnt tell me this the first time in. I had to bring it back they charged me again for a full visit and put it in. They also explained how having an Apple drive is an option but didnt give me that choice or tell me how much it would be. Since getting it back the unit is very unresponsive timing out and goes from very slow to unusable at times. So, they never even checked to see if it was working properly the second time after I told them it was running slow along with the fan problem. They dont seem to have any regard for doing quality work or caring about their customers. Totally frustrating and I would never go back or recommend to anyone else. While standing at the counter the second time a girl came in with a laptop and the sales person who clearly knows nothing about computers couldnt figure out why she thought the drive was bad because it booted up. The tech was called and he was snotty and arrogant that of course it was bad and she could lose all her data and why were they bothering him with this. This is like dealing with some audio repair shop from the 80s where the sales people are totally clueless and you never want the geek techs to talk to a customer - not what you would call a good place to go to be taken care of. Pass on this place - lots of others to go get your Mac fixed in Pasadena.

Dont be put off by their goofy name and terrible internet presence (amateur website design with out of date postings) -- I mean to talk to them about this because it gives the impression that they are a fly-by-night bunch of high school age computer geeks, who, because they dont know how to market themselves, are by extension unreliable and provide poor service. The reality when you arrive at their brick and mortar location couldnt be more different! They are top notch professionals: excellent service, fair prices, well organized, and a knowledgeable and capable service department. They have delivered on all of their commitments. If you are located anywhere nearby, you cant do better for Apple service.

i got a quote for a ram upgrade over the phone, but when i went in, they said it was going to be $40 more than the quoted price. i left not really happy. i shopped around a bit, and others quoted me for the lower price, so i called di-no back. i talked to monty, and he said he didnt know the reason for the price increase, and if i brought it in he would take care of me. when i got there, he opened up my computer and saw that the ram cards were in fact a different type, which were more expensive. but since i had driven there twice, and twice been quoted a lower price on the phone, he gave me the lower price after all. he was really nice, friendly, helpful, fast. ill be back for any of my mac needs.

My experience at DI-NO was great. I took my daughters MacBook for service. The hard drive had crashed. Not only did they change the hard drive and install a new drive, but they also changed the plastic cover over the keyboard and palm rest area. That is great customer service. I hadnt even asked for them to change the cover, but they did. I appreciate that. I would go here again.

This place is now my go to Apple specialist. Forget the Apple Store! The team is super competent and totally revitalized my 17 inch ibook. Very fair prices, you never have the feeling youre paying for service youre not getting. Any other place would have extorted so much money from me, but they fixed it twice for really cheap. Excellent. I recommend Di-No Comluters 100%.

The prices at Di-No are just the same as Pasadenas Apple Store, but the service department is vastly more skilled and more importantly…caring. The folks there are friendly, knowledgable and accessible. For any computer problem, skip the Genius Bar, and go where the real skills are.

After I spilled water on my laptop and brought it in, they told me right away that they could retrieve everything. They then transferred all my data and all my software to my new laptop in less than an hour. They were super nice, efficient, and helpful.

Di-no is the best! they marked down the price on my MacPro so much and my family always prefers them over the Mac Store. Go there. Di-no is usually never over-crowded and there is always a store representative ready and willing to help you. GO HERE!!

Di No is about the only place where they know more about Apple than those who work at Apple. They have fixed and sold me items for years and have always been amazed on the service and knowledge this staff. This is what a computer store should be.

I brought into Dino Computer a 2009 Mac Mini to double the RAM and replace a small hard drive with a 500 GB hard drive. They had it done in less than 24 hours and it runs great. It sure beat buying a new Mac Mini. Five stars for me.

Less crowded than the Apple Store, the biggest plus. Service department is awesome and the people are always friendly and accessible. Come to DiNo if you love Apple but not the manic atmosphere of the 1st party Apple Retail Stores.

I have been going to Di-No for many years. I always get great personal, friendly, and professional service. Prices are in line with what Apple Store charges but service is sooooo much better.

Wow! My HD crashed, bad. They diagnosed, sold me a new HD, and installed- on the spot! I was out in a little over an hour for less than $200 (dont go to emergency repair)!

Its not the money saved to repair your apple computer when something goes wrong but the level of service, expertise and quality of work done that keeps me coming back.

Theyve been my go to Mac repair shop for a decade. I first pick these guys over the Apple folks every time. They honor your Apple Care warranty as well.

Very closed friend needed his Mac serviced. I took it to them. They fixed it and their charges were reasonable. I recommend them over Apple Store.
