This is about an experience in the store Text Book Inc ,at Alondra Blvd in Cerritos. These Guys are simply cheaters.They do not have any know how of business or customer care.They simply wanted to make money buy grabbing your purse.Recently I Visited theses guys to buy an excel 2013 text ,thinking that this may help me to complete some project. The sales person was so arrogant and pushing either to buy it or leave the place,finally he managed me to pay $76.25 dollars including $6.3 as taxes.( I wonder is there any tax for used books). Before leaving the place I turned the pages and checked the contents of the book by Paradigm and found that it will not help me >So I just asked him how much you will pay me if I return it right away,He said may be 50% of the value ,finally he gave me $55 and I lost $21.25 within Five minuets. This is how these Pirates are doing Business in America.If you dont want to loose your money please never ever visit the doors of this Business.If the sales person whom I met ,a fair color,about 6 feet tall well built guy, is not the owner,then try to get rid of the arrogant idiot from the store for ever and try to be friendly with customers and do fair business.we dont want ex-Somalian pirates in American stores

Such a cute book store! I love to come here! Its my favorite book store in the city. I hope that books will never go digital, and paper will survive. So those places will exist 100 years later.
