I have never had a bad shopping experience at this store, well actually i have but thats because of customers who feel the need to yell at the staff, when they dont get their way. FYI The customer is not always right. Otherwise the staff is amazing , friendly and helpful, this location is very well maintained , easily shoppable even with a lot of merch, and is homestly my favorite place to buy bedding , curtains and other house hold decor. I cant review the clothing as its not my taste in fashion but i have seen them carry name brands at very low prices, like pumas for 30$ and Levis at 10$ . However you cant beat 20 comforters and 10$ memory foam bed pillows, ive even bought beds for my dogs at 10$. I hope this location stays friendly, fun and clean, and doesnt become what other locations have turned into. Again A+ AND 5 STARS for the Staff and their customer service. Its always nice to be recognized and greeted like a friend when shopping. They all deserve a bit of recognition and appreciation. No im not an employee, i am an actual customer who just knows retail, customer service, and can appreciate a hard working team.

prejudice employees make valued customers feel very uncomfortable. If I didnt need the items i went in for i would have immediately left after the employees started speculating... Due to todays shift" around 2pm" I will never spend another dime of my money at Fallas again. Ive never felt so uncomfortble shopping anywhere in my life. Some people think racial profiling is cool, but that karma comes right back around. Lets see how you handle it when it happens to you.

The girl Brenda so rude. She didnt put my clothes in the bag. I should of ask too. She is so lazy. I had to sign the receipt and she talking in Spanish with her coworker. Didnt hand me the pen. At 12:23 pm on July 27,2017.
