First of all, Ive been to many many thrift stores, add I buy & sell on eBay. Secondly, Ive been to MANY MANY goodwill locations... This store has a woman manager that is, absolutely, the most unprofessional & most rude management Ive EVER encountered in my entire thrifting life... Its 8:05, the store had closed 5 minutes ago, and this problem customer was throwing a fit, there was still a line, and the cashier looked like a new hire.. The incompetent Lady manager COMPLETELY IGNORED the 10 loud, flustered intercom pages saying her name from the poor new cashier....and when she finally strolls out of the back room, casually CHATTING it up, mid conversation with another female (also a member of seemingly failing management team, I assume), manager continued to berate the new girl for calling her at all, EVEN THOUGH IM pretty sure that I witnessed the problem customer who was throwing a fit, distract the new cashier, as an accomplice stuffed some items in her own purse...management then proceeded to give the other two customers in line IN FRONT OF ME, unwarranted attitude when asked if they could expedite by opening another register or switching out the new cashier. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are lots of people who need jobs, these employees dont seem to appreciate it. Failing MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION!!!. its a prime location in a rich neighborhood and your managers couldnt give a HOOT less about that.

Very clean and smells good. Organized racks. Clothing "prices" (colored plastic tags) are pretty easy to find on clothing with signs identifying prices. They dont post "clearance color of the day" so I just ask. Lots of books and hodgepodge items in addition to the clothing selection.

The manager here is a douche. I went to go ask if I can do some service hours (which alot of people do) but he wouldnt let me. He said I had to be a court order. Like only criminals are allowed but not good high school students? Thats not right

A pretty well run Goodwill. They always announce when new carts are coming out and the employees are helpful. Making donations is super easy, just drop your stuff in the back and they will give a receipt

A very big and easy place to navigate. The tags and customer service is great, and if you need a drop off, they also accept there. Make sure to itemize properly and to find the tags you need.

Pros: -staff is nice and helpful -good array of stuffs Cons: -stuff tended to be more pricy, but that just might be LA -chaotic -no student discount Conclusion: I keep going.
