One of the worst experiences i have encountered ever! I parked outside of the store at 5:10pm to get my phones switched, but right when i got out of the car 2 young female employees came outside of Sprint and looked right at me. After looking at me, I heard them say, "Hurry, lock the doors! Theres a customer coming!" then they ran to their cars and drove away. A few seconds later, a male in a white sprint shirt looked at us, locked the door, and then walked away quickly. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Only rated 1 star because there was no choice for 0

Hate Sprint!!!!!! said would cut bill in half, went up. Call Customer Service and was told we bought the phones and their was noithing they can do. The contract says our bill was going to be 137 a month, it came to 289 a month with 3 phones... we went to T Mobil .. better deals, no limits, no extra fees, better coverage and way better customer service. WOW how can Sprint stay open ?????? They dont have the better network at all.... calls drop, internet slow and sometimes none. 1.16.16

Be aware there are a bunch of morons working here... If you want fast service do it yourself!! If you want your replacement phone and you are from out of state do it yourself!!! They are all new hires acting as professionals whom have no clue what they are doing.... They need to get some employees with knowledge and common sense in this location!!!!
