These reps need to be taught was the difference is between a corporate location and the authorized retailer that they are. If you buy something here please understand that these people are severely under trained in comparison to a corporate location. The young female who assisted me, lied to my face when I asked her if this was a corporate location. The device purchased along with the accessories can not be returned at a corporate location. Which put me in quite the bind, if only these little hole in the wall shop could hire some adults over the age of 24 and give them proper training instead of just telling you what you would like to hear. I asked to speak to a store manager and the young lady on the phone was trying desperately to assist me when all I wanted to do was speak to her superior. Receipts are hard to get from these people because they have a rep # and store # necessary in case youd ever like to return your purchase. T-Mobile already gives commission based careers a bad name but this store in general gives T-Mobile a bad name.

Since I was fed up of Sprint I decided to give T-mobile a try. A young gentlemen named Jacob answered all my questions and concerns regarding the plans available. He was clear about all the fees and at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase a phone or to switch carriers. He was very helpful and knowledegable, and even took the time to explain to me that all the phones on display are actual functioning cellphones! I want to thank his staff for being so patient and helpful. They were all very attentive, and I would recommend this store to my friends when in need of an upgrade or purchase!

My mom and I were waiting for quite some time for an employee to help us. This lady came in the store 10 minutes after us. One of the employees started to write a list of the people who were up next from first people to last people to arrive. The lady that came in 10 minutes after us was called. We told them we were there first and disagreed that she was there before us. Of course they disagreed with us. To sum everything up, they have a terrible if not, garbage service. I was going to be a new customer for T-Mobile but it looks like Im going with Verizon. Sorry not sorry

Worst customer service ever. Especially Daniel who got hostile with me, by raising his voice. I one of those people that raise my voice when I dont understand something, I was like " Wait what?! Technically yous guys are robbing my money" and David got mad and got super hostile with me. Because I noticed that he was tricking me into buying something that I didnt need and he noticed that I didnt give in. So be cautious when buying from these guys, they will confuse and trick you into buying a plan that wont even benefit you!

We bought a few new phones with T mobile plan. The reps helped us but they were not careful. Things we wanted changed were not done and most of the phones data were not turned on. We had to visit another time, some of the requests were still not done. The call center was more helpful afterward.

Biggest mistake I made was going into the store. Customer Service reps were either incompetent and/or treated customers as if they were cattle rather than valued. Linda, a customer service rep was the worst I have run into for quite some time. Never Never shop at T Mobile, Morgan Hill.

I was just walking past Starbucks this afternoon and saw that T-mobile had a booth with a couple of workers and some goodies. They greeted me with a smile and answered every question I had. By far the best customer service. Bye Verizon, HELLO T-MOBILE
