Worker at this store dont know policy of return bad customer service ..bought shoes lost receipt and did exchange only but they didnt have same shoe I had to buy shoes that was not what wanted.. so I went back same day couple hours later when I found my original receipt to get cashes out but the didnt want to do it because I had exchange them hours before but the where still laced up in box..... In other word they wack dont know nothing about policy till I told them to give me back my original shoes with out receipt and know I have to go back to other STUPD PALACE ...LOL to get my cash back. Never again will I go back to these location.....in montebello mall......

I been here more than ten times shopping for myself and other people. They NEVER have your size and wont help you to find out which other store carries them. Sucks because they have nice shoes
