The staff at this location is very unprofessional. Starting from management as in store manager all way the pharmacy you go through the drive-through and you have to wait long time for service and most on items at the drive through pharmacy window is incorrect on paperwork is in adequate. They dont seem under staff, they are under staff in this cause a lot of mistakes and indiscretions Sunday morning, approximately 1015 a.m. Walk to the store to purchase an item. When I walked in there was a lady in front of me she was greeted. I wasnt by the gentleman when later found out was the store manager. I walked down the aisle to retrieve my product when the cashier motion to him that I was in the store shopping for some reason he went on the intercom and shouted security one one. I dont reason was. It was only three people store white lady, and older Hispanic male and and of course a big tall black guy, and when he said it. He was looking straight at me. He walked over to the counter and now you became a cashier your staff needs know the legal ramifications about racial serotypes, and racial profiling. It must be careful when implementing their in-house duties. They dont indirectly offend t that your customers technically a person has not committed a crime untill they pass the point of purchase. Your staff need to be aware when implementing step procedure in your SOP. They follow company guidelines and if they were following company guidelines and trained that way, they are racial profiling, which is against the law. So if you under staff. You should try invest in two-way communication. With headphones, so as not to offend your customers and your managers need to be more professional in their everyday task because their actions create a culture that is staff will observe and follow because they lead by example. The idea that all minority steals is awash. Everyone steals white, black, Chinese and Hispanic, so you should not roll out a red carpet for one race and not the other, and all year, your dirty laundry should be left at home, dont. To work as an clock in, you represent CVS. Many breakdown the equation customers, plus product and service equals jobs.

Manager is always friendly and professional, I always see him on the floor stocking, cleaning and has a smile all the time and ask if people need help finding anything. Im always welcomed when I walk in the store. Store is always clean and stocked neatly.

This place is terrible. They constantly have long wait times for perscriptions and make mistakes that cost you more time. Im here for the 4th time today because they keep messing it up.
