Very disappointed that Mr Orlando the owner, whom I have known since I was 6 years old, I am now 34, treated me like a common drug addict when I tried to fill my medication. I was insulted, asked to pay cash for a " declined by insurance" medication. I have taken the same medication for 1 year, same dose and same prescription written by same doctor. Mr Orlando has obviously had issues with past customer abusing medication however I am not one of them. He insulted and embarrassed me in front of other customers when I questioned having to pay 180.00 cash for a insured item I usually pay 15.00 for. I feel sorry that he is so jaded that he would automatically assume I was in some way abusing my own drugs. I dont even know how to abuse my drugs. He was so rude I was speechless. Saddle back memorial pharmacy filled it no questions asked, no issues with my insurance and my doctor even phone Orlando to express his dismay with this treatment toward me. I conclude he was attempting to get a cash payment and or he has had MAJOR issues with filling too many prescriptions wrongfully and decided to accuse me of his issues. I have never been so dumb founded, insulted and saddened that someone whos daughter grew up in my house could not even look me in the eye as he slung high accusations and insults. CVS was sold out of my medications and I found Dial Drug by chance not only will I never go there again, I am having the medical board look into how he could insist on a cash payment off of insurance saying it was "declined" when it was not. I can only hope if I reach a point in my career that I am automatically treating clients on a negative note, perhaps I might look inside and see if I am still happy doing what I am doing. I have owned a retail business for 10 years and this just made me both mad and sad.

After years of experience, I am confident to say Dial Drug is by far the best pharmacy in town. The pharmacist, Scott, is very knowledgeable and very fast; no long lines or waiting, these guys are quick to fill you medication and always have it in stock. Very glad to have found this place and trust me, stay away from the chain pharmacies, this place is professional, clean and very nice. You found the best there is!
