I just went here for the first time yesterday.I wish I lived closer to them. It had a bright interior,large selection and friendly people. I know they were having some type of sale when I went but their prices seemed to really be great. Part of what this store does is buying products.For a place that buys its products everything seemed in good condition.I looked mostly in the CD section but they had great prices on both CDs and books.I dont remember seeing prices for Japanese music CDs so low before. If you go you have to check their $1 book section and $1-3 CD section.I found more than I thought I would there.

So, not being from here and traveling A Castle of Books can prove to be quite A Castle of Books . I was looking for a bookstore because I had just finished mine. I went to Howards because of the great reviews around here and let me tell you. This bookstore is just wonderful. Howard himself greeted me from his A Castle of Books interrupting a conversation he was already in. I felt like he knew me already.

I went to the store because I was looking to donate books to the college I attend. So I google books stores and came across this establishment. I was so happy to give my hard working money To a local business. To my surprise I was not greeted by the person there. In reality I felt that my kind wasnt welcomed there. So people of color please spare yourself of leaving upset.

I couldnt have been happier to find this beautiful, locally owned bookstore. Great selection and some good board games as well. A cultural oasis. Grab a book and head over to The Beat coffee shop for a relaxing morning away from the casinos.
