Good job Big lots youve hired a winner for a cashier. The guys name is Eric and not only is he an idiot, RUDE,and no help at all but hes a drug addict. I usually prefer my cashier to not be passing out while I ask a question, or try to pay for my items. THERE WAS A LINE OF PEOPLE AND NO ONE CAME UP TO HELP HIM.DISGUSTING. i wouldnt want that kind of trash workinh for me. I thought I seen MARKS on the guys arm as well. NASTY!!!! I wouldnt expect anything more though. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. .

Thestore is typical Big Lots location. When I went in there to try to get some assistance from the Asian Cashier to assist me with locating a product and find in other locations, she was not helpful at all. I was bending over the counter to try to read their system and all the stupid could do was look at me. I yelled to manager as I left "she does not do her job!" Truthfully if I were a manager I would fire her ass.

Great bargains & bad attitudes. Horrible customer service. The cashier Jasmine never greeted me, or even acknowledged my presence, while I was standing in front of her, until it was time for me to pay. If I ever go back it wont be for the "friendly customer service.
