Bevmo who? I may still frequent the Bevmo near my house out of convenience omw home from work. Grab a bottle or case of beers, put them in the freezer, relax, have dinner shower and go out to hang and celebrate before we hit the town is a typical evening. Ive definitely stepped my drinking game up from the whole underaged fake ID thing 13 years ago to cocktails and shots in my early 20s, to craft beer and even my whisky game as refined in my late 20s. So too must my taste in shopping for this. I know what I want and I know what I like. In general I like all forms of liquor, but I like the good stuff or at the very least high value. Fear no beer, right. I do enjoy sake and wine and there was a time when my wine racks were full and almost aging. Bevmo is a monster chain of convenience, but when TW has better prices, better selection, better ambiance, heck even better parking you have to 2nd guess your previous decisions to go elsewhere. Ill give them 1 piece of advice is that the staff could be more helpful, not that anywhere else is better, but seeing the $90 dollar bottle of scotch and $20 bottle of wine I have and me being dressed to the 9s and suggesting fireball probably wasnt the most attentive. I almost feel bad getting less refined beverages here, as I should. I still drink on the cheap sometimes. Im glad TW opened up in South County, its actually pretty easy to get in and out when coming down the 5. I cant wait till we get one in San Diego.

I used to swear by this place, until today. I called down there ahead of time to reserve a keg, and got the green light to "come on down & reserve your keg." After I arrived, I was escorted back to the cooler to reserve any available keg for the 4th of July, which is 3 days away. When I approached the customer service rep to tell her my name & which keg I wanted to reserve, SHE ridiculed me about not being able to reserve a keg this late in the game, and that I had to take the keg if I bought it today, and that its against ABC policy to buy now & pick up later. I tried to explain to HER the phone conversation which I had with somebody an hour prior to my arrival. She stormed off, said she would talk to her superior. After she returned, she said they would allow it this time only, took my name, date of pick up, and then tried to escort me out of the building! I was SO APPALLED! I had to snap back at her that I wasnt done shopping yet, then proceeded to spend another $130. I APOLOGIZE FOR TRYING TO BUY A KEG OF BEER FROM TOTAL WINE & MORE!

Great selection and good prices. Much better than the other options in the area... and I was surprised to find deals on single malt scotch at prices almost 40% lower than the discount place I usually go to. They dont have the best prices on everything they stock, but for the most part the prices are better than what youll find elsewhere, and the selection is certainly the hardest thing to beat.

Its really annoying that they card the whole group instead of the person buying. It doesnt do anything to prevent people from buying for underage friends (theyll just wait outside), but it does make people like me who are of age – but didnt bring ID inside because they werent buying – walk out to the car to grab their ID, holding up the entire checkout line in the process.

Worst experience of my life I felt so disrespect and degraded .. If I can stop anyone from spending a dime here please dont go here ..a employee in her 40s was so rude to me never felt so humiliated her actions were so uncalled for..I said nothing and left the facility.please choose some where else to buy your wines this place does not apriciate there customers! !

Lots of drink selections! I love ciders and they have s huge selection the airplane bottles are always fun to try new things! Super cute accessories and seasonal items! Most of the time the people on register are very kind but if you are 21 they need a a manger to check your ID so be prepared. This place is better than bevmo

This store is packed with every kind of wine, beer and other alcohol. In fact its almost overwhelming except that the store associates are very knowledgeable and can point you into the right section if you ask for help. Pricing was very reasonable and we even came across some specials on the items we had come in for.

She is extremely knowledgeable in wine and helped me step out of my comfort zone and try something new. If you get a chance to stop in this total wine make sure Lisa helps you out.

Having given up on Bev Mo I did a search and found this place. Such a nice change from the "other" place. Nice store,and out very well, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good beer selection. Prices are competitive or better than anywhere else Ive shopped.

Good love Total Wine & More! Great prices and a huge selection! I do wish they had a better selection of Asian alcohol. Their European and Americas selection is top notch! They usually are about 10% or more less than their competitors.

This store has a friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of wine, beer, and spirits across all quality levels. This place carries everything from Franzia to $1000 bottles of wine.

Holy Smokes!! Im visiting from Oregon and have never seen anything like this place. I guess I would describe it as "Disneyland" for the Beer, Wine and Spirits connoisseur. Lowest prices Ive ever seen!

Staff is super helpful. I like getting off-brands that are usually better than the well-known ones... And their prices are competitive with Costco, I dont even look up prices anymore.

Very disappointed the clerk was so rude to me. The selection was great, even tasting in the middle yet the clerk was not pleasant to handle my purchases I had to leave.
