Every now and then my wife and I stop at this station instead of the one across the street from us to get gas on the way home from work at night, and its a pretty straightforward process usually. Tonight - a few minutes ago, actually - my wife stopped at this location alone and the person working the register (identified as Rohi) accosted her, accused her of shoplifting and followed her outside. I understand that when someone is working alone in a convenience store, its hard to keep track of everything and everyone, especially if youre at the register, but its NOT cool to hound a customer until they either buy something or feel pressured to leave just because you have "something to do". Its DEFINITELY not cool to imply someone either has or is going to commit a crime because their presence inconveniences you. Im sure you have something to do besides ring people up and whatever, but that is ALSO part of your job. If there arent enough people to handle both, thats not on me or any other customer - take that up with management. There are ways to approach customers if you have concerns that dont result in me getting anxious phone calls in the middle of the night from a woman whose only crime is not being sure if we had milk or whatever at home.

Their prices are reasonable however the young lady behind the counter today was completely rude to me. My grandpa asked me to stop and grab him some cigars on my way home from work. I dont smoke so Im not exactly familiar with the exact name of the cigar he smokes I only know what the package looks like. So I went up to the counter and asked her for the cigars and pointed to them and she would not move until I knew the exact name of the cigars. But I could not see the cigars because they were way behind the counter. Finally after a little bit of back and forth finally I started to get upset with her and I got kinda snippy with her and finally she decides to actually do her job. Says to me that the name of the cigars are easy which they are not Swisher sweet cigarillo tropical Fusion is not an easy name to remember if you dont smoke them. I have never once in my life written to the corporate office of any place ever but I will be writing them or calling them about this young lady. The gas is a steal here but the rude customer service and employees not wanting to do their job at all makes it not even worth it.

A panel from the car wash machine fell off, caught in between the machine and my car, scratched the side of my car. Upon reporting it to the manager, he denies any liability since they posted a sign saying that you are entering the machine at your own risk. Then he says, the car gets scratched up all the time and he does not understand what the big deal is. The owner of the place does not even answer the phone. This is how they will react when your car is damaged from the car wash when it is clearly due to their negligence. Use this place "at your own risk" like their sign says.

I always seem to have a problem with this ampm. They take forever. Probably due to short staff. And they cant seem to ever know how to use coupons .

By far the worst service, employes are rude and extremely slow always a line of people waiting. While employes are standing around talking.
