Joey is so extremely awesome and a REALLY good artist. I love the Whovian tattoo he gave me and so does everyone who sees it. Such a reasonable price too! I had a guy in town who I liked and did good work, but after 5 unreturned attempts to contact him, well..good artist or not, that is very unprofessional, rude, amd just plain not cool. I still recommend him to others, but I will be going to Deep Blue for my tattoos from now on...
