I have been a customer for 12 years and have watched a slow decline in service in the last 4 years but the straw that broke the camels back was when i purchased 4 nice quality cigars a month back to share with some business associates. Unfortunately, they were so dry that they could not be smoked, I went back the next day to inform the owner and was told that they would check to see that the humidor was functioning properly. I asked if they would replace the cigars, and they said that they were out and that he would call me when they came in. One month later no call, so I stopped by to see if they had gotten new cigars, which they had, but was told would only replace 1/2 of the bad cigars and I would have to buy the rest, and asked me "How much money do you expect me to loose?" After my years of patronage, I expected better, but it was not to be, so I will no longer give them my business. I have since discovered Taylors Cigar Lounge in Long Beach, who backs their products and has my recommendation to anyone looking for quality cigars.

Prices are high, pieces are cheaply made and dont work well, customer service is the worst. Im a local and FORMER regular for years at this shop (even though everytime I would go in I would get nothing but dirty looks from whoever is working, normally an old man) and simply called to get the price of an item or two and was quickly and rudely told that I, "could be the competition and they dont give prices over the phone". FYI TO THE OWNER, if I was the competition and all I have to do is walk in to get the price, I would do so and you would never know it. I can buy better pipes, cigarettes, butaine, and almost everything else for less at any random smoke shop in OC.

Been coming here twenty years. Customer service is great! Newly remodeled. Pricesvare cheapest around! Heck i get 4 packs of Marlboro for 20 bucks, 5 bucks for one pack. And they do lotto and lottery!
