Dont ask for help here, their employees know nothing about the merchandise and are not helpful in anyway when it comes to figuring things out. I asked a woman at the register if she knew the dimensions to the black foam boards. She said no and that it should be on the label. I told her it was not. Then I went to ask if she had a measuring tape, she does not have that either. She then continued to tell me that she only sells the merchandise, implying that she knows nothing about it nor should she. Its amazing how a place that sells measuring tapes for $.99 does not own one themselves. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with their employees and their lack of knowledge or effort to work in the store. Overall I feel that there employees need to be trained better in customer service and that they should also be provided with any equipment they may need to do their job properly.

this dollar tree is ok. they have most things that they offer in ads on stock. theres plenty of parking. its clean, and they let you use their restrooms. they also sell ballons in this location. its just that their staff is always on a bad mood if you ask them where to find something they will just tell you that they dont have it instead of them going out to look for it for you.

Dollar Tree is the best store out there. There are so many things you can buy that you wouldnt have ever thought of with a dollar. However, I always tend to buy unnecessary stuff due to its low price.
