Borderless Love
I literally walked around the store for 15 minutes looking for an item while about 5 employees passed right by me without saying a word. At one point an employee offered help to someone standing right next to me in one of the isles and even after he was done helping he continued to ignore me like I wasnt even there. Even going to the counter to try and get help was useless! Literally felt like a ghost so I just left and went to Oreilys who helped me out pretty quickly. Not that Im big on customer service crap cause Im a firm believer in being self sufficient but I figure if your getting paid to help people then at least pretend like you care.

Ive been a customer at this location for several years. They have always been very helpful with with the exception of a tattooed manager that was there approximately 8 months ago lets go was rude and didnt want to hear anything when you talk to him. Hopefully they got rid of him cuz I havent seen him anymore and the place to go back to normal. Best regards to all. Big Rob

I went to charge my battery there because it had died. They guy that serve me was really knowledgeable and adroit with his art. He check the charge level and even gave me the tip to know how to check it on my own. I really like autozone. They have mostly all that I need for my car and when they dont they can easily order it for you

Very nice people working here. Adrian helped me to look for the right screw size for my licence plate and he even set it up. Very people oriented; he did not mind helping me for 15 minutes, when my total was only $4.99.

Had what I needed and of they dont, they can get for you. IF YOU ARE A BUYING A PART THAT IS UNDER THE HOOD, TAKE THE PART WITH, BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE PARTS WONT MATCH. This applies to shops that sell parts.

I pass by today because I needed a clutch pedal pivot bushing. Since the Custemer service was poor and no experience what so ever. I left .this palace at this location... No thanks no more...
