Firstly should mention Im an Asian American or American Asian whatever, I never had a problem with my 2 accumulated years of patronizing this store, because its so near my home it is a real convenience for me, until I ran into Emelio I do not think I am speaking subjectively when I say there has always been tension between asians and hispanics in this city, and this store employee unfortunately aggravates these tensions, when i entered the store, no greeting to be expected and none delivered, the workers there were getting ready to leave mind you it was only 8.40p and they dont close until 9pm on sundays, Emelio was sweeping and rudely told me to move out of the way so he can sweep the store, the other 2 associates had no intention of providing any adequate service before closing time, had no problem arguing with me in response to current and effective store policy on certain items I was pleading help with. Anyway, I didnt let it bother me much so I went shopping, looking over some labels on a clay-before-wax product, I was overhearing a disturbing render of service from Emelio, who is at the counter now, with a new customer, whom was also asian but more "fresh" if you know what I mean, I thought to myself "there is no way I am going to have my night ruined by bad service from my purchase" so I left, shortly after walking to my car Emelio hastily approached me and said "You have a clay bar in your bag?" I was of course shocked to hear this, I guess he didnt want me to leave without satisfaction for him that I leave with an evident look of frustration and ruin on my face, so I first said: you think I stole a clay bar? Check your cameras ... You are accusing me of stealing ? just go back to your store. I know if I had not have defended myself with this response he would have physically tried to take my bag and look into it, the question itself was pretty humiliating already, So apparently without any evidence I was tampering with anything in the store, he took it to his mind I somehow stolen a clay bar and placed it into my bag because i walked out without purchasing anything, no apologies he just said: ill check and the camera will catch you , with that he went back to the store, I called to speak with the store manager, whom I was originally misled by the original counterperson to think she was working at the time, so instead she gives me to Emelio, I anonymously requested for the store managers name after I received the info, I let him know I was there 5 mins ago and explained my dissatisfaction of his treatment of me as a regular customer, I overwhelmed myself called him a POS and hung up, yea i have a breaking point.. anyway I called his manager explained to him the next day but will need to followup and evaluate if I will continue to go to this store or drive 3 miles further to the next autozone.

This place is lame horrible service. Regret spending my $$"s here. When I purchased some items , after I paid asked for a bag. I was walking back home. Anyhow Edward the salesperson, said we dont give bags here..he chuckled and said ok bye. .. love the customer service. Two thumbs down!!!

Chris was so helpful, Ive spent months trying to fix my headlights; not only did he fix it (super fast no less) but his demeanor was totally awesome!!! Id drive way out there just for the impeccable service!!! Someone give that guy a raise!!!!!

Well all i can say is there prices are to high,but its guaranteed for life,also its close by.Now only if they can hire people that know proper english cuz i dont understand some of these people that work there, other than that its all good.
