This place is excellent. I walked in and asked to get my battery checked (it had died and I wanted to rule out the alternator being faulty). Tim came out, tested it, told me it was the battery and we went back inside to get another one. Tim then rang me up for everything, grabbed the new battery and his tools, and then changed my battery for me! I came prepared to do the grunt work but he did everything in just a few minutes. I am extremely impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the staff here. They kept a small problem from turning into a huge schedule busting mess. I will highly recommend this place to others (as I have in the past since I live close by) and I will keep coming back.

Went to this place and guy named Matthew treated me disrespectful. Told me he didnt have time to help me with what they I need because he was short handed. Very mean. Took my business to OReillys and got good service and was out in less then 5min.

Very bad experience today. If you going to test your battery take a picture first. Today when I came back to Auto zone if my battery was god or bad they gave me another one that wasnt my.
