First bad store review I have ever written and before I start I do want to say that there are a couple of wonderful ladies working in the pharmacy. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years service has declined to the point that every 7 out of 10 times I call or come in to access the pharmacy there is an issue with the medication or I get a grumpy employee. I dont know if it is the computer system or too heavy of a load for the store, but customer service is lacking. Called this morning to get refill information and was put on hold, disconnected, and then told I called the wrong number even though the voice prompt was the same and I had to hit the same numbers as I have previous times. Employee seemed very annoyed. This is the same dance, different day. Switching over to Scrip Life life who has always been kind and courteous. I hope it changes for future customers.

I have to agree 100% with the person that stated your drive-up pharmacy is NOT friendly or courteous. I am disabled & drove through the drive-up pharmacy & was told I would have to come into the store to get service. I showed her my "handicap" placard & she just walked away. Needless to say i Just drove away. You are losing customers & dont even know how they are treated at the Drive-Up Pharmacy window. Ive never been back & dont intend to!!!

Terrible drive through pharmacy. One lane always closed. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, if your prescription isnt ready, they make you drive around again, waiting an additional 20 minutes. Dang first world problems!

I called and asked for some watermelon cause we will be near that area soon and wanting it know if they sold it AND THEY HUNG UP ON US!!!!
