I have no experience with this specific pharmacy but I do have experience with people. For a person to open and operate a pharmacy in Ocean Shores, knowing the off season population, and understanding the season tourist flow theyre not here because business is going to be easy. Theyre here to meet a need, to serve a community, and provide needs that would otherwise be met without travel to another community. So way to be Ocean Shores Pharmacy for being here and doing the balancing act you must do with inventories and staff and weather and all the challenges that come along with it. I built a stable business in a small community and frankly for the first few years sacrificed margins, wages, and personal times until it was established to where I could purchase in enough volume to better support my community with computers pricing and stellar service. So....my hat is off to Ocean Shores Pharmacy and may they prosper greatly serving this community. For those that come to visit, could we have a little empathy for the challenges of building a business here, and be thankful for the professionalism and the heart to take on the challenge

I moved here 6 months ago and take over a dozen meds a day. At first getting established in a small pharmacy was a little stressful but I explained that I had a bag full of meds I needed taken care of as they expired and that was all I had to do, they have taken better care of me than CVS and others in the past, if I run out of a med and it takes a day or two to get a new prescription they refill enough to get my through. The only thing I hesitate to mention is the prices, not on the medications but a lot of name brand over the counter items like Tagamet and so on are twice what they would be else where. But then again, they cater to tourist like the rest of Ocean Shores and whos to blame them for making a buck, if you want cheap go to Wally World.

Worst experience in a pharmacy ever. While shopping for some swim-wear, I noticed that the supervisor had been treating the employees very poorly and added to a stressful environment. Very unprofessional and disgusting how he interacted with the workers in the shopping environment. If that is how you treat the people who are helping you run a shop, then that reflects poorly on your ethic both in the working area and interaction with customers. I refuse to buy anything from this store anymore. The employees on the other hand, were cheerful and helpful. Get new supervision for this shop though.

I am surprised at the negative comments. Have found the pharmacy to be helpful, prompt and reliable. In a perfect world it might have a little more room for the line-up, but then if you didnt receive value and service, you wouldnt need the extra room for a line. Have been using this pharmacy for many years and watched it grow with our city. The general store portion of the pharmacy carries items that appeal to both the locals and the tourist. Much more pleasant experience than the BIG pharmacies in Aberdeen and Hoquiam.

Top notch employees!! They take care of over 400 people a day and they never stop moving, even work hours after closing to take care of their customers. amazing team!! Also, whomever thought they heard the "Manager" treating his employees poorly clearly has NO idea whats going on back there. This man is one of the kindest men and his employees, some whom have stuck around for 14 yrs and more, dont stay around unless theyre treated well. And he treats him employees amazingly well..... hes a very giving kind man!

If youre looking for a good pharmacy in Ocean Shores, forget it. Since this is the only pharmacy in Ocean Shores they can treat you any way they want and on a busy day thats not with kindness or respect. We wont go there anymore, we would rather drive 21 miles and go to the Hoquiam Rite-Aid where we are treated as fellow humans instead of pains in the rear.

I have had no negative issues with this pharmacy at all. I think theyre great and I deal with them frequently. Not saying negative things havent possibly happened to other reviewers... but not me, and I feel they could use a positive review. Theyre always friendly and helpful.

I visited Ocean Shores the weekend after Thanksgiving and had left home without the bag with my prescription medications. I called Ocean Shores Pharmacy and spoke with Cassie who was very helpful and able to obtain the meds I needed. The cashier was very friendly as well.

Its the only pharmacy in town. Its main business is ripping off the tourists. If the Pharmacy is so bad...go drive the 20 miles inland (45 min.) to a name pharmacy. Your Walmart is on the other side of Aberdeen.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They dont have lots of medications on hand and have to order. They try to charge you full price and tell you your insurance isnt any good.

It is the only pharmacy in town. Staff is very helpful, including dealing with health insurance. The pharmacy also has many knick knacks.
