My son and his friend went to get Slurpie refills on the 110 oz insulated cup with the "Neck Ties" on it, and they wanted to charge $2.50 for it even though the only price listed for Slurpies of that size was $1.39 for 53 oz and up. We will go to every other 7-Eleven in the area instead because they have the correct prices posted, and give refills for $1.39 and at times even $0.99 for the same size. They are a franchise so they can charge what they want, but it would be good customer service if they would post the correct pricing and be up front about it.

These guys would not give me change. Specifically, I wanted 5 $1 bills after spending $8.xx. It wasnt that he didnt have them, he merely did not want to give me small bills. Nothing is more irritating to me than this. I got into a argument with a 7-11 employee over $1 coins vs bills so I could pay a meter. You should always provide change for your actual customers within reason.
