I have an HP laptop, it was giving me problems after 2.5 years. I contacted HP and they told me to go to High Performance Computers. I live in Torrance so it was a long drive for me and I was very sceptical because I had been through CompUSA, GeekSquad and had called HP like a million times to resolve my problems. What no one else could fix, Mike at HPC was able to fix my laptop the very next day! He even backed up my data. Seriously they charged me 1/5 of what GeekSquad and CompUSA were going to charge me. HPC is now my only tech-store to go to! I recently ordered a printer from them and they gave me great pricing and service! Thank God for HPC!!!

I took an ASUS computer that was not working at all. It fell to the floor and the hard drive broke. I first went to Best Buy were Id bought the computer and the Geek Squad people were not helpful at all, because they didnt fix hardware issues. Then I called a technician that came home, charged me a lot for an inspection of the computer and was not able to even figure out what was the problem. I run into HPC thanks to the yellow pages and thanks to speaking to the manager who was helpful and professional from the beginning. He said he could fix it and he did and the computer works perfect now. So I totally recommend them!

My friend who had the same problem had to call Philippines and got the run around and wasted half a day to get the printer fixed/ What can I say.. We have our Printers and Computer serviced by HPC computers for many years. In our experience and opinion they are the best in our local area. Simply put, COURTEOUS, FAST AND VERY RELIABLE. The Non-Warranty charges are totally reasonable. We will be using them all the time and we recommend them to any one that has the Warranty or Non Warranty Printers and Computers. .
