I will never go there again. The first time I went there we waited THREE hours (yes, you read that correctly, and no, Im not exaggerating). No donut, no matter how delectable, is worth waiting three hours for. Go to the DMV if you like waiting an unreasonably long amount of time. So after three wasted Saturday night hours, we get our donuts, and theyre pretty good! Astounded by these donuts, I decided to take my wonderful girlfriend there the next week to sample a few. We showed up around 11:30 only to discover the place entirely deserted! The posted closing time was 12:00. I had ranted and raved about these things all week, but m + m failed to deliver. A little while later I decided I was stupid enough to get up a little early and get some o those "famous m + m donuts" for my coworkers. Well... okay I was really only up early because a sinus infection wouldnt let me sleep, but I wanted to do something nice, right? I get there and to my delight, there is nobody at the drive thru. Thinking that 8:30 am on a friday is prime donut buying time for most people, I figured I had hit a lucky hole-in-one to have the place to myself. Approaching the window, I cheerfully order "one dozen blueberry donuts, please!" Only to be dealt a swift yet very casual "oh, were out of those" shot to the gut. My heart sank. "Well, thanks anyway I guess," I replied, defeated, and went on my way. I drove ten miles out of my way for donuts that I did not receive. The blueberry donuts are the only reason anyone goes to m + m donuts, and yet they cant seem to keep a few extra on hand on a Friday morning (at such a reasonable hour as 8:30). If you want my advice, head over to Mels donuts right around the corner at Euclid and Orangewood. Their donuts are superb (they even have some fantastic blueberry ones too!) and, unlike m + ms, they actually seem to care about other human beings. tl;dr m + m donuts is a waste of your time (so was reading this, most likely). Finally made it out here after hearing all this hype from it! And it was opened on July 4!! So, this is located in this huge plaza with Food 4 Less. If you see people waiting on the floor around this little store/shack late at night, youve found the right place. The wait was so long that the cars at the drive thru all turned off their engines haha. Every order is made AFTER you order. I saw everyone before us ordering AT LEAST a dozen.. trying to get the most bang for the time they have to wait there. That night, only 1 guy was working EVERYTHING so the line to order was half an hour and people were already waiting 1.5 hours by the time I got there. Thank god I wasnt feeling like a fatass and ordered a dozen for myself because my small order of 3 came right away! Or not right away but 20 minutes is a pretty short wait when it comes to this place (or so Ive read and heard from other people). Its def the best donuts Ive had, but not something I go through this whole ordeal of driving and waiting for this. It tasted like a blueberry muffin thats been fried and glazed (a duffin? a monut?). So, it was more dense than a normal donut, yet fluffy that crumbs fell with each bite (yum). Im not sure how much they are because he gave me 3 donuts for $3 (DID I GET HOOKED UP?!) If you love your donuts, do try this!! Ive never seen or had a donut like this before!! Ive also never seen a man who worked so hard (manning the drive thru, making the donuts, and taking the orders at the window) seem so happy with what he does. Good for him!

For the longest time, my girl has been asking me if I wanted to swing by this place to pick up some freshly made blueberry donuts to order after leaving Disneyland. Being tired after a long day at the happiest place on Earth and thinking a blueberry donut is just that, I always end up opting out of it and head straight home. Well after a couple of friends were raving about how good the donuts are from here (and yes... my girl was a bit frustrated with me at this fact) I decided to finally give it a shot one night after leaving the park. We were fortunate enough that my first visit here didnt lead to an hour+ long wait through the drive-thru (although I doubt getting out the car and ordering through the window would have been any quicker or better) and maybe took a total of 15-20 minutes from getting in line, ordering and getting the food. Everyone here werent kidding when they say each order comes out fresh every single time! As you open the pizza box (yes, you read that right, a PIZZA BOX) filled with a dozen donuts, you can feel the heat emitting from these bad boys and see the glaze just oozing on top like you would see at a Krispy Kreme store. If youre in the mood for a delicious cakey treat to top of a fun day at Disneyland, or if youre just in the area, then stop on by this little kiosk! Be warned though, you should get here as soon as they open (at 9pm) and try to beat the long queue. This place is run by a couple and no one else, so you could be waiting from a range of 10 minutes to maybe even a couple hours!

Been wanting to try these blueberry donuts for some time now and finally did after my friend forgot to bring me one! Haha! So I ventured out to get it! My friend and I drove out to find this little stand alone building with a walk up window and a drive through located in the Food4less plaza. This place opens at 11:30pm, so I usually come around that time to pick up some blueberry donuts since I hear they run out in the morning if you dont get them in time. As we walked up to the shop, we saw a ton of blueberry donuts that were prepared to get ready for the blueberry donut fanatic rush. We ordered half a dozen there and tried one when we got home. It was pretty good, but I didnt think it was awesome. After I finished my first few bites of my donut and put it back in the bag, I started craving more. It was like a glazed blueberry muffin except donut shaped! It was perfectly glazed that it wasnt too sweet, but enough to make you want more. I ended up finishing that donut and stopped myself from eating more. I later woke up in the morning craving for it and ate one on the road to work. When I finished it while I was driving, I thought to myself that I shouldve brought two instead of one because I wanted more! Sigh.. I think its just a temporary addiction, but this sure crept up on me! I came back a few times already, but have yet to try their croissants that Ive been curious about. Ill update on that once we get our hands on it!

With thousands of REVIEWS on M&M elsewhere on the internet, I dont think you have to say ANYTHING else. This place has obviously made some kind of impact on the lives of donut enthusiasts everywhere in the area (insert snark here towards the haters) but seriously, if your not a donut person, then the worst case scenario is that its fun to come here and people watch... the stoners show up about 10pm and drunks at 2am.... its a hangout without chairs or tables!!! - Just people standing around waiting for some donuts. There is no denying how wonderful it is to experience the M&M blueberry donut - haters need to find other things to do than write bad reviews on a innocently awesome donut place (like getting some non-donut action) -- those that complain should be shot in the big toe, because then youll really have something to whine about.
