I brought my truck to them to see if they could fix a clear coat issue (it was peeling, this is a 2007 GMC Sierra) and after looking at it they said it had been repainted and it wouldnt be covered under warranty. Well they finally said that they would do it for me free of charge...which was GREAT. I was VERY thankful. Well little did I know I would go through so MUCH HELL! After they had sprayed it with clear coat (just the door) they got over spray ALL OVER THE VEHICLE. So I took it back they used clay magic to get it off and with using clay magic it leaves fine scratches, so they had to buff on it. Now keep in mind...this is a BLACK truck....using a high powered buffer on it is a BIG NO NO. They used one and there was swirls all in the paint. I notified the Body Shop Manager of this and he told me to bring it back in and they would re-buff it. They did this 3 or 4 times with their guy then finally chose someone outside of Harry Robinson, he did a better job but there were still swirls in it all over the truck. So I said we have to get this repainted or fixed. Well Harry Robinson himself said he will not pain this truck because I wouldnt be satisfied with their work no matter how perfect it was. And that he didnt understand how they got overspray on my vehicle because they paint in a booth...well NEWS FLASH, it can happen and does all the time. So to make a long drawn out process short....they agreed to have it buffed by a guy of my choice one last time but that was it....they were done with me and wanted nothing else to do with the paint job THEY did. WOW. The guy I picked out was the most expensive in town but it looks like he did the job..... DO NOT GET YOUR TRUCK PAINTED BY THESE GUYS and DEFINITELY DO NOT GET YOUR BLACK VEHICLE BUFFED BY THEIR DETAIL JOKER. Pa freakin thetic! Will NEVER go back there!

I seriously cannot speak highly enough of this dealership and thats coming from someone who never bothers taking the time to even write reviews. First off, special thanks to Alyssa Safty and the rest of the team for making this the best car-buying experience you can possibly have...you guys are awesome! Two days ago I stumbled onto my perfect car online..a mint condition 2010 Cadillac CTS-V with 1300 miles and unlike every other dealership I talked to over the last 2 weeks they werent trying to rip me off, and I honestly still cant believe the deal I got! This car was priced better than cars with 25x the miles, and on top of that there were no ridiculous $500 doc/dealer fees or anything like tacked on at the end...the price we agreed on was the actual price paid and I wasnt pressured into anything extra at all! Alyssa, their internet manager, got in contact with me right away after my initial inquiry and made the entire buying process a breeze. I wanted to finance through my own bank and had a couple minor hoops to jump through with Bank of America because they needed some paperwork sent back and forth...however, they had no problem faxing over the info the bank needed pronto and were happy to do it for me. Once I arrived at the dealership yesterday morning to finalize and pick up the car they had it looking better than it did in the pictures, and not only was it freshly washed and waxed but they even topped it off with a full tank for me to start my long drive home. Seriously, thats customer service at its finest and more dealers could take some notes from them. If I didnt live 8 hours away from Fort Smith this would be the dealership to take my cars to. I love my new car guys! Thanks again for EVERYTHING! Brett E.

I came in today (January 31, 2014) to get my 2012 GMC Terrain serviced and ended up purchasing a 2014 GMC Terrain. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Harry Robinson. Prior to using Harry Robinson going to shop for a new vehicle was a nightmare. The first time I purchased a vehicle from here was a great experience...everything from pulling into the parking lot to signing on the dotted line! Everyone here is so friendly and makes your whole experience a great one. When I purchased my 2012 GMC Terrain....it was on a Sunday afternoon I called Harry Robinson and spoke to Pam Thompson and told her what I had to trade in and told her what payment I could afford and she told me she would check and see what she could come up with and call me back. It wasnt long before she called me back and asked what time I could be there. I live in Waldron and I left immediately. When I got there she had several Terrains pulled out for me to choose from. The first one I got in...I said I cant afford this...backup camera and Bluetooth....which to my surprise was just part of the package in all Terrains. It was such a smooth transaction in buying this vehicle. Pam is absolutely an asset to Harry Robinson. The 2014 Terrain is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from her and I will continue to by all my vehicles from Harry Robinson and Pam Thompson. I would and have recommended them highly to everyone. Last year I actually sent a friend to Pam and she bought a Terrain as well. The next week I received a check for $50.00 in the mail for referring her. I would just like to thank everyone at Harry Robinson for their hospitality and being such an awesome place to buy a vehicle from.

I had a horrible experience with Harry Robinsons body shop. My insurance company (Progressive) told me that this was the only approved shop in town to have the body work done. And that is how I was treated. Like someone that had no choice but to go there. They kept my car 9 days past what they told me they would have it. 9 DAYS! In those 9 days they called me 1 time only to tell me it was going to be even longer than they originally told me. I called this Friday July 3 to see if it would be ready. I was told yes I could pick it up anytime before 5:30 which worked out great for me because I get off work at 5 and am just up the road. At 4:45 someone from Harry called and asked if I was still planning to come pick up my car. I said yes I would be there no later than 5:15. The lady on the phone told me they were closing early for the holiday and were closing at 5:00. So I had to run around and get a ride to pick up my car. After I paid for the repairs I walked out to my car to inspect the work. No sooner than I stepped out the door they remaining employees locked the door and left. When I started my car the A/C did not work. So I was without A/C all weekend. Just a terrible job of customer service all the way around. Very disappointed.

Me and my husband Bought a used Traverse Less than a month ago (august 22) with an engine warranty well after 2 days after purchasing the vehicle our back speaker stop working and vapor canister purge valve (an $40 part) went out they would not fix it or warranty it with out us paying because they didnt make enough money out of the sale. Well now (sept 8) found out my SUV is leaking oil and I had 2 mechanic tell me it my front cover (timing chain) well they cant get me in till middle of next week just to look at it and maybe possible fix it (and hope warranty covers it). Our sale guy was Derrick he talk a very big game and got us into a vehicle that same day with no money down, well after we went back to him to tell him about the problem his response was not want I expected a sale person to say (him and his boss didnt make enough out of the sale and at least they got us into a family vehicle with 3 row and low payment of $360 a month exact words). This is one of the worst experience I had with a "top rated" car dealer in town, I would not go back to purchase any vehicle and not suggest them to anyone that ask.
