Called Kordsmeier to replace double tapped main lugs with a single service wire based on a failed home inspection during the selling of my rent house. Kordsmeier came out to the house and they simply didnt do it and did not call to let me know. I then had the inspector come back out which cost me $50 where he failed the inspection once again. I called Kordsmeier immediately only to hear them explain that it was "up to code" based on when the house was built. I, then, reiterated that this is needed, and I cannot argue with the inspector. I then waited an extra two days before calling them back to which they still did not have an estimate ready. I then called CHASE HALL ELECTRIC to come out and see if they could replace the double tap which they completed the same day. To make matters worse, Kordsmeier sent me a bill for labor. Very disappointed with the level of service and professionalism. Not sure if it was just laziness on the part of their electrician or what, but they simply didnt do the work that was needed. However, I found CHASE HALL ELECTRIC to be quick and very reasonable with their prices. Cant beat same day service.

Terrible service. Sold me the wrong part and charged me full price anyways. They came out to fix it and put on same part two other times charged me for one and didnt charge me for the other. So I paid for the wrong part 2 out of 3 times and service calls also. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Mr. Sparky fixed it right the first time and charged me half of the cost!

I have used these guys on several projects at my home and office. No job has been to big or to small. Moreover, whenever I have called, they have always rushed to get the work done in my time frame. I know we arent perfect, but it is hard to imagine a negative feedback with the respect and service I have enjoyed.
