YLina and the manager my husband and I met yesterday was amazing. we experienced great customer service ! they were knowledgeable about their products and gave me advice as to what was best for my daughters age. we were able to find all the presents we searched for in time for my babys birthday the next day. the drive takes a lot out of us because we are from sierra vista but they made our night with the trip. excellent service from the sales associate Ylina and her manager!

Horrible customer service by managers themselves... tried to take back my daughters bike due to manufacture defect on the forks and the manager LESLIE was not listening to me she just wanted to fix the defect. i just wanted an even exchange or my money back... i hobestly dont know how she got promoted... wont go there anymore.
