User Friendly

Very Impressed with the service, my laptop pro would not boot up, I tried a hd replacement, new batt, no help. They found it was the hd cable, very reasonable cost to remove and replace and it get back up running again. I recommand this place to everyone and keep it at the top of my list for comp work. Brought my 2012 Macbook Air in for a hard drive issue. many people told me the HD was failing and to get it fixed asap before i lose everything. took it to Mac I AM for review and repair. I was charged $79 to diagnose to be told they couldnt fix it, apparently couldnt find the HD due to the age of the unit. Walked out, searched Amazon and ordered a brand new one and replaced it myself two days later. Was hoping for a better experience. *Parking is terrible BTW, but thats just downtown in general

Im impressed by Mel, a super friendly staff who is willing to give advice and help out my emergent need of retrieving data from a dead macbook pro. Very knowledgeable, and no desire to rip people off. He got the job done in 20 mins and has no attention to charge me, which is very rare. I paid a fee for appreciation of saving my day. I also noticed that the service fee they posted on the wall is very reasonable. Im very satisfied and impressed by Mel and the service.

Friendly..but make sure you go to Apple store for a free diagnostic first, just in case you need a new board. Paid $50 for them to tell me to go to Apple store. Their boards run about $400 and Apple sells them for about $275ish. At least they made me aware after the fact and didnt try to sell me one, but still out $50. Update: Apple sells them for around the same price. Was given wrong info it seems.

These guys are awesome!! I came in with issues on my iPhone and they had it up and running in a matter of minutes! They were nice and knowledgeable and even took the time to implore my curiosity about how they fixed my phone so I can fix it myself when the problem happens again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely a hidden gem. Exceptionally knowledgeable techs. I have phones rebuilt there for tech work. It doesnt have to be Mac. They do it all and at a very reasonable charge.
